If you are unable to connect your camera to wifi during your initial set up please try the following.
1. Ensure your home wifi network is working. Can other devices access the internet on the network your camera is on?
2. Try resetting your router by unplugging it and waiting for 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
3. If you are still unable to get your camera connected try plugging in your camera closer to your router. If you are able to get the camera to connect here please set up your wifi extender that was included in your camera box. You can find instructions for the wifi extender here: wifi extender directions
Please note the camera will not work on a 5G network. If you only have a 5GHz network it may be possible to use the included wifi extender to create a 2.4GHz that the camera can operate on. For more information about this option please contact Client Experience at email@example.com.
